Description

This is a combined synopsis/soliciation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A-0019 is issued as an invitation to bid (IFB). Two each of 80 HP tractor, with PTO, hydralic hook-ups for pulling 15' trifold bushogs two wheel drive, front wheel assist, rollguard with canopy. Two each 40 HP tractor, three point hitch, PTO for mowing with a 7' mower two wheel drive, front wheel assist, rollguard with canopy. Center will provide field service per manufacturers recommendation, and repairs for any damage cause by personnel operation. Equipment owner shall provide all warranty type work. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision for FAR 52.212.3, with their offer. The clause at FAR 52.212.4, applies to this acquisition and any addenda to the clause.
