- Description
- U.S. Southern Command requires hotel accommodations and services for FY01 Humanitarian Assistance Program (HAP) Conference to be held in Miami, FL, 27 Feb-02 Mar 01. Estimated attendance is 45 persons. Lodging and daily food costs (to include meals, breaks, and reception) may not exceed the US dollar Joint Federal Travel Regulations (JFTR) per diem rates in effect in Feb 01 for Miami, FL. Conference rooms, meeting areas, AV/ADP Support, baggage handling, and transportation to/from airport are also required. Hotel must be within a fie mile radius of Miami International Airport. Solicitation should be requested by telephone and will be provided to the first 15 requestors only, by facsimile. Quotations may be submitted by facsimile, (305) 437-2752.
