- The work consists of constructing a wood frame office building 4,000 square feet (80' X 50') at the Vale District Office. Project site is located in Baker County, Vale District, Oregon. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated start work is September 1, 2001 and performance time is 270 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
