Description

Rental of Equipment -- dozer (minimum D6) equipped with rippers, an approved spark arrestor or be turbocharged, have a fire extinguisher, shovel and must meet OSHA safety standards. Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, transportation, and perform all work necessary for the construction of dams and terraces and installation of PVC pipe for principal spillways. The Forest Service will provide PVC pipe and anti-seep collars for installation in dams and terrances. Structures will be built in accordance with U.S. Forest Service Construction Specifications. Work to performed on the Caddo/LBJ National Grasslands, Texas. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. A firm fixed price order will be issued. Price range of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Requests for RFQ shall be in writing addressed to U.S. Forest Service, 701 North First Street, Lufkin, Texas 75901, Attn: Freida L.
