Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Polymedco, Inc. for Cost-Per-Test services for Direct HDL and Direct LDL Cholesterol Testing utilizing the 'elimination method'. The contract shall be for 1 year with 4 additional 1 year options for renewal. This is in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full & Open Competition. The anticipated award date is February 14, 2001. This notice is not a request for offers. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
