Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of various pieces of computer equipment and software. This equipment will be exported to Africa. This procurement is a small business set aside. Software required is Brand Name or Equal "AFIX Tracker" offered by The Phoenix Group, Pittsburg, Kansas. Hardware includes Pentium II processor, microsoft windows 98, 128 MB RAM, 20" color monitor, STB nVidia ZXV 8MB 3D AGP graphics card, 17.2 GB hard drive, Microsoft MS IntelliMouse, 33.6 modem, 40X CD-ROM drive, sound card speakers, 600 X 1200 dpi scanner, back up device, printer, add UPS and voltage regulator for the local Nigerian conditions. The Government will make an award to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Govt (i.e. that which represents the Best Value to the Govt). For those offers meeting all technical specifications, delivery time ARO and price will then be of primary importance. The Govt. may award to other than the lowest priced Offeror.
