Description

The US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is planning a procurement to acquire support services in the areas of Acquisition Management, Logistics Management and normal business operations. The contractor(s) shall provide system acquisition and development project support for all phases of the acquisition cycle including, but not limited to: Program Monitoring; Documentation Generation; Review and Analysis; Technical Management Support; and Requirements Documentation Services. The contractor shall also provide normal business operations support including, but not limited to: Administrative Support; Public Affairs Services; Historical Research, Writing and Archival Support Services; Internal Training Support; Transcriber Services; Accounting System, Budget Formulation and Joint Resource Management Program Support; Operational and Education/Training Support; Readiness Planning and Reporting, Personnel Reporting, and Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Defense Support for USSOCOM headquarters staff, components, and the Theater Special Operations Commands. Contractor personnel shall be clearable to the Secret security level and may be required to hold TOP SECRET clearances for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)/Special Access Program (SAP) areas. The Government anticipates posting draft materials to this website in mid-March, 2001 with milestones.
