Description

The Virginina Contracting Activity on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a sole source to Congressional Quarterly's Washington Alert. This is a commercial acquisition that will provide access to ONCongres.com legislative tracking services for information on congressional, federal and regulatory information. Other sources capable of satisfying this requirement are invited to submit clear and convincing data substantiate their capability to satisfy this requirement. All responses should reference PR 631/0031Z/01. Interested parties have 6 days from the date of this synposis to submit their qualificaions/capabilities. Such qualifications/capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a full and open competition basis. Responses received without the requested information may be considered non-responsive to this synopsis. Oral communications are not acceptable. A determination by the Virginia Contracting Activity not to compete this proposed procurement on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this synopsis is solely within the discretion of the Virginia Contracting Activity.
