Description

The Philadelphia VA Medical Center is seeking a Mechanical Contractor to install New Sprinkler System in the Research Facility Building #21. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, and supervision required to include but, not limited to mechanical, electrical and minor architectural. Work shall be done in strict accordance with specification and drawings provided. The estimated construction cost for thsi project is between $250,000 -- $500,000. The NAICS(National American Industry Classification System) is 23332. All request for bid packages must be submitted in writing. A non-refundable payment of $25.00 is required for solicitation packages. The check must be received prior to issuing of bid packages. Checks should be made out as follows: VA Medical Center-Agent Cashier. The estimated completion time for this project is 180 calendar days. A limited number of packages will be available and will be issued on a first come first serve basis. The tentative issued date is February 23, 2001. Tentative bid opening date is March 23, 2001. NON TELEPHONE REQUEST SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
