Description

This is a synopsis for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. The Government has a requirement to clean and sanitize all HVAC systems and ductwork located in the Right Powerhouse and Third Powerhouse and to test, adjust, and balance the HVAC systems after cleaning. This will involve some lead abatement work due to elevated lead levels in portions of the ductwork. The Powerhouses are located at the Grand Coulee Dam, Grand Coulee WA 99133. A site visit is required. Site visits will be held during the week of February 20, 2001, with bids being due March 12, 2001. During the site visit and walk through, the Statement of Work, drawings, and bid packet will be made available.
