Description

Provide maintenance service and repair to include all parts, labor, and travel on a Acuson Model 128/XP10 Ultrasound. The period of performance will be for a base year and (4) four option years from 1 March 2001 through 29 February each year. Potential quoters should include their business size, telephone/facsimile numbers and a point of contact. This RFQ will be released on or about 1 February 2001 with a closing date of 14 February, 2001. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. This RFQ is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.5 Test Program for certain Commercial Items and will result in single firm fixed-priced contract. The NAICS for this acquisition is 811219 with a size standard of $5 million. *****
