Description

Provide a radiologist to perform diagnostic imaging services on an as-required basis for military beneficiaries at the Medical Treatment Facility at Fairchild AFB, WA. Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, consultation and reports required in accordance with the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), American College of Radiology Standards, federal, state, commercial medical standards, and the Statement of Work. This acquisition will be accomplished using the commercial procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The government will award to the offer that represents the best value; price and past performance will be approximately equal in this determination. This acquisition will be advertised on an unrestricted basis with NAICS code 621512 and business size standard of $10 million. The performance is for a one-year basic period and four one-year option periods. Interested parties may download the solicitation from www.eps.gov on or about 13 Feb 2001. No paper copies of this solicitation will be issued. Proposals shall be submitted via paper copy. The closing date and time for submission of quotes will be contained in the solicitation package. When the solicitation is posted, it is imperative interested parties review this site frequently for any updates/amendments.
