Description

Renovate the existing sanitary sewer system at Council Bluff Recreation Area, on the Potosi-Fredericktown District of the Mark Twain National Forest. The work consists of renovation of septic lift station, irrigation lift station, toilets and urinals, utility building, lagoon and sprinklers. The work is located in Iron County, Missouri. This project is set aside for small business concerns. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. No bid bond is required; but the successful offeror is required to furnish a form of payment protection amounting to 100% of the contract price prior to commencement of work. The estimated contract time is 45 days; however, all work must be completed before the 2001 Memorial Day weekend.
