Description

Bi-State Development Agency is soliciting proposals for Radio Frequency Bar Coding at Multi-Locations. Copies of the solicitation, 01-RFP-2642-DD may be obtained through DemandStar.com at 1-800-711-1712 or email www.demandstar.com. Proposals are ude no later than 2:00 p.m. March 1, 2001. DBE participation is 10%. For IDOT funded projects the following clauses are required: The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Acceptance of any bid is subject to concurrence by Illinois Department of Transportation. Any contract resulting from these bids is subject to financial assistance contracts between the Bi-State Development Agency and Illinois Department of Transportation. Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunities laws and regulations.
