Description

The Midstates Field Procurement Office of the Internal Revenue Service in Dallas, Texas intends to issue a Purchase Order on a sole-source basis to Texas Access Controls, 6000 Gardendale, Houston, Texas 77092 for the replacement and updating of the control system for five revolving doors located at the IRS Austin Service Center in Austin, TX manufactured by Horton Automatics of Corpus Christi, Texas. Horton Automatics has certified that Texas Access Controls is the only authorized distrubutor of Horton Automatics in the Houston and Austin areas as well as all surrounding counties. Texas Access Controls scope of work includes sales, service, and installation. The sales staff and technical support of Texas Access Controls are factory trained and certified. They are considered experts in the field of automatic doors including sliding, swinging, and revolving doors. This notice is for informational purposes only. No Request for Quote will be issued. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement describing their ability to meet this requirement as well as their authorization as a distributor of Horton Automatics in the Austin, TX area.
