Description

Refer to numbered notes: 2, 9, and 26. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 57,922 each plus the potential for a 100% option quantity for NSN 4330009830993. delivery is expected in increments. Ship dates will range from 60 to 120 days after award. All shipments will be to stock locations in CA, PA, and WA. Some portion of the total quantity is expected to be set-aside for small business. Contractor performed first article testing will be required for any sourcesnot in possession of a wiaver for first article testing. Performance testing will be required for all lots produced. A 100% quantity option will be included for use prior to the final delivery. This option will only be exercised at the descretion of the government. This is expected to be the final purchase of this NSN by this department. This NSN will be replaced by NSN 4330014777985. The estimated value for this requirement minus the opiton is $591271.00. The estimated value for this requirment including the option quantity is $1183542.00.
