Description

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Gaithersburg, Maryland, has a requirement for a contractor to supply and install a new compressor system. The work involves phased demolition of three (3) reciprocating units and the purchase, delivery and installation of four (4) new air compressors to tie into existing system located in Building 302. The contract period of performance of the requirement is 10 months after award of contract. The NAICS Code is 333912. See Numbered Note 26. Contract award will be made on the basis of the best value to the Government with price, technical and past performance factors considered.
