Description

Simplified Acquisition procedures will apply to this definite quantity purchase, having an estimated dollar value of $80,000. Food handler's paper caps in accordance with item purchase description prepared by U.S. General Services Administration. Quantity- 2200 boxes, each box has 1000 caps. FOB Destintion prices to GSA depots. All responsible sources may submit request for quotation (RFQ), which will be considered. To access this RFQ, 1)Go to internet site, http://www.eps.gov; 2)Click on FBO for vendors; 3)Find GSA and click on posted dates; and 4)under 2/2/01 find this RFQ and download it. Submit hardcopy to Contracting Officer via fax or mail.
