Description

The Forest Service requires a complete renovation of two comfort stations in the Seeley Lake Campground. The work consists of demolition, removal and replacement of all interior fixtures, plumbing and electrical components as well as painting. One comfort station will have additions of two rooms. Additional work consists of demolition and removal of walls and concrete walkways, construction of exterior walls, concrete footings and slabs and excavation and backfill. The project is located on the Seeley Lake Ranger District, Lolo National Forest, Missoula County, Montana. Bids are due March 23, 2001. The estimated start work date is April 15, 2001. The performance period is approximately 68 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
