Description

The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to remove existing doors, windows, partition walls, wall paneling, ceiling tile, floor tile, insulation, exhaust fan, plumbing fixtures, and plumbing piping; relocate existing hot water heater, paper towel dispensing unit, and ceiling air diffusers; provide new doors, partition walls, wall surfacing, ceiling surfacing, floor tile, insulation, exhaust fan, plumbing fixtues, plumbing piping, and paint. The work is situated in Plymouth County, approximately five miles northeast of Sioux City, Iowa. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 23331. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about February 16, 2001. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be completed within ninety (90)calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed.
