Description

This a request for proposal for maintenance kits for a Sauer Compressors USA manufactured air compressor. Kit "A" 4 Kits, Kit "B" 2 kits, Kit "C" 1 Kit, Kit "D", 1 kit. This procurement is in accordance with the format in part 12. The technology and necessary interfacing with existing equipment have been determined to be proprietary to Sauer Compressors USA. This notice is therefore published for informational purposes only. Additional sources are not being sought at this time. No telephone requests for the solicitation will be accepted. Written requests may be faxed to (360) 476-2931 or e-mailed to FISCPS_bid_officer@puget.fisc.navy.mil. This solicitation N00406-01-R-5094 is issued as a request for proposal. Given that this category falls with in the annual forecast as published in the Commerce Business Daily and in accordance with Far 5.203(h) the time frame for publication of the synopsis and receipt of offers has been reduced to 23 days. To be negotiated on a sole source basis. Note 22 Applies.
