Description

When referred by the VA, furnish readjustment counseling services to eligible veterans in and around Lima, Ohio. Contractor's place of business must be physically located in Lima, Ohio. Readjustment Counseling, according to this solicitation, is counseling provided by social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists or other qualified counselors, specifically directed at social, psychological or behavioral difficulties specifically related to the post-war adjustment to civilian life. This service does not include general mental health services. Contract will be for one year from date of notice to proceed (approximately May 1, 2001) with four (4) one-year renewal options. Estimated yearly cost is less than $25,000. Notice of total small business set-aside applies to this solicitation. NAICS is 621330 and the small business size standard is $5 million.
