Provide Employee Assistance Program Services (NAICS 624190) for the USDA -- Forest Service, Eastern Region beginning approx. 4/1/01 for a period of one year plus four additional one-year performance periods. Hard copy and electronic versions of the solicitation will be available on or about 2/6/01. Requests for hard copy solicitations must be submitted in writing. The charge for hard copy solicitations is $5.00 in advance. Checks to be made payable to USDA Forest Service. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted.
