Description

Single award term contract for period July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002 for The Department of Health and Human Services. Production area assumed 100-Kilometer (62-mile) radius of Washington, DC. Bidders outside area must furnish documentation of ability to meet schedule. Approximately 1 to 12 orders per month of approximately 1,000 to 250,000 copies of 2 to 12 pages per order.Most orders will be from 25,000 to 50,000 copies. Trim sizes: 4 page product Flat 432 x 279 mm (17 x 11") 6 page product Flat 648 x 279 mm (25-1/2 x 11")both products fold to 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11").Pages print head to head in black ink only or black and 1 additional PMS ink. Operations include electronic prepress, film making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Quality Level III Attributes. Anticipate Bid opening in June 2001.
