The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation; Other than full and open competition. Origin inspection required. Delivery requested: 340 DARO; Quantity: 4 each, Line 0001 for 4 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA. See Note 26.
