Record Number SN5076E6, dated November 29, 2000, is being amended as follows. The Terms of Reference (TOR) have been clarified in some places; there have been minor changes to the TOR. The revised TOR for the above project is attached. Due to the minor revisions in the TOR, the proposal due date is being extended to March 2, 2001. Interested U.S. firms should submit their Proposal in English directly to the Grantee by 3 p.m., March 2, 2001 at the above address. All other parts of the original RFP document remain unchanged and part of this solicitation.
