Description

This is a commercial item for Laboratory Testing/Courier Services for the Department of Pathology, Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. Contractor shall perform and provide laboratory services in the form of Lab Testing (cost per test) & Courier service of specimens for the Dept of Pathology, Tripler Army Medical Center. Services shall be in accordance with the established principles, practices and ethics of the laboratory profession. The Pacific Contracting Center, MEDCOM, Tripler Army Medical Center anticipates an award of a firm-fixed price contract resulting from the Request for Quotation. Unit of Issue: Lot, Quantity: 01. The solicitation will be evaluated based on price, technical capability and delivery. The anticipated period of contract performance will be Base Year: 26 Feb 01 -- 30 Sep 01; Option Year 1: 01 Oct 2001 -- 30 Sep 2002; Option Year 2: 01 Oct 2002 -- 30 Sep 2003.
