Description

The United States Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or new lease construction in the Towns of Sheldon or Orangeville, County of Wyoming and State of New York. The preferred area is: ALONG NYS RTE 20A FROM THE INTERSECTION OF OLD STATE RD 20A AND 20A TO THE INTERSECTION OF 20A AND RTE 98; AND, ALONG RTE 98 FROM 20A TO STANDISH RD; AND, ALONG RTE 98 FROM 20A TO FARM ROAD. The requirements for existing space or space to be modified are for about 1,600 square feet of existing net interior space with about 20 parking spaces. New lease construction space requirements are for about 1,600 square feet of net interior space and an ideal developable site size of about 36,000 square feet with parking as shown in the plans and specifications. Proposals will be received through March 30, 2001 by: George E. Welch, Real Estate Specialist, USPS Facilities Service Office, 6 Griffin Road North, Windsor, CT 06006-0300. For a solicitation package, submit your written request to Ms. Barbara A.
