Description

UNICOR, FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES intends to enter into a one (1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised. The contract is for plywood to be delivered FOB destination FCI McKean, PA. The solicitation number is FN1032 and this solicitation is issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP). Item 0001 PLY0165, Birch, "x4'x8', C-2, Rotary Cut, Estimated Qty: 12,000, U/I: Each, Item 0002 PLY2075- 1"x4'x8' BirchPlywood, C-2, Rotary Cut, Estimated Qty: 12,000 U/I: Each, Period of performance is date of award through one(1) base year and four (4) option years if exercised. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers and award on an all or none basis. Delivery acceptance is thirty(30) days after receipt of each delivery order. Variation in quantity is +/- 10%. Minimum delivery order is 200 each per order. Maximum delivery order is 600 each per order. This is a best value procurement. Solicitation may be obtained from UNICOR's website at www.unicor.gov/procurement/profurniture.htm. Solicitation will be available on website on or about February 15, 2001.
