Description

17. Borrow Pit Hydroseeding. Seed will be applied at a rate of 45 lbs per acre. Seed shall be sown from 01 May to 01 June 2001. Granular fertilizer shall be used at a rate of 500 lbs per acre. Mulch shall be cellulose based. Apply a biodegradable tachifier (Agri-Tach) at a rate of 100 lbs per acre. The period of performance is 90 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 tp $100,000. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, NAICS 115112 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $5 million.
