Description

Provide Janitorial & Related Services at the Social Security Administration Building, 1530 4th St., Peru, Illinois. The approximate building cleaning area is 6007 sq.ft. This figure is an estimate only; potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the site of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. The performance period is for one(1) year with four(4) one-year options, with an estimated start date of July 1, 2001. Specifications will be available on or about March 1, 2001. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available electronically only at the Internet site http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments(if any). It is the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for release of the solicitation and any related documents. The solicitation closing date is April 17, 2001 at 3:00p.m.(CST). The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
