Description

Program C887-S. Single award term contract for the period of July 1, 2001 to June 30, 2002 and one year option. Recovery Times Newsletter, 216 x 279 mm (8-1/2 x 11"). About 20 to 100 orders per year . Approximately 4 to 20 pages per order. This program has a 24 hour schedule. There could be up to 6 orders sent out at one time due to the possibility of more than one disaster striking at one time. Contractor must be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to receive transmission of print orders and furnished data. Operations includes composition, film making, printing, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Furnished material will be transmitted to the contractor by modem and/or sent to the contractor by same day delivery. Bids are offered f.o.b. contractor's city. Quality level III. Bid opening anticipated during the month of June 2001. Request bid invitation by letter to the address above.
