Description

Project consists of the construction of a new 1700 square meter Area Maintenance Support Activity maintenance shop that has 12 maintenance bays and administrative area with an associated parking lot. The structure of the bays will be a moment resisting frame at the overhead doors, a masonry shearwall adjacent to the administration area, and a braced frame on the exterior wall at the end of the bays. Building exterior will be brick and pre-cast panels. Roof will be standing seam metal. Bid options are as follows: (1) Construction of a road extension to Aviation drive, (2) Construction of a 26 car parking lot and (3) Addition of a 10 ton bridge crane. This project is available on compact disk only. Project specification files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader. The drawing files are in CAL format and can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Source View Reader. Both readers are contained in the solicitation package.
