Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, supervision, equipment and materials necessary to perform all work to retrofit existing built-up roofs with standing seam metal roof systems at Nellis AFB, NV. This is a Firm Fixed Price type contract with an estimated dollar value of the base bid portion of this contract to be between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The construction performance period will be approximately 210 calendar days. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 235610 with a three-year average annual small business size of $11.5 million. The proposed contract listed here will be solicited as unrestricted. The successful contractor will be selected using past performance/price trade off procedures, resulting in the Best Value to the government. Past performance will be considered or more importance than price. Evaluation preference may be given to HUB Zone registrants. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be electronically issued on or about 14 Feb 01 on the Government_s EPS (Electronic Posting System, http://www.eps.gov).
