Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Perform Roof Repairs at USCG Support Center Elizabeth City, NC. Base Work items include: Perform asbestos testing and analysis with written report, Replace approx. 5960 SF multi-ply roofing with a two ply hot applied modified bitumen roof system. Repair and coat approx. 6500 SF of metal roof system. Unit work item to include removal and disposal of existing built up roofing materials as asbestos containing material pending asbestos test results. The period of performance is 90 days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated range of this procurement is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00, and in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is open to both small and large businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 235610 (formerly SIC Code 1761). The Small Business Size standard is $11.5 million.
