Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is an indefinite quantity-type requirement for a base year and four one-year options with estimated annual demands. Requested delivery is 90 daro. Origin inspection required. Critical A-10 aircraft, unrestricted on an other than full and open competition basis. Anticipated solicitation issue date is March 03, 2001. Contractors Registration (CCR) required. Note 22 applies.
