NSN:1615-01-030-6653, PN: 206-011-140-1, Quantity 450 each with 100% option exercisable for 2 years, applicable to the OH-58 UNIT. F.O. B. Origin with deliveries to Texarkana, TX and New Cumberland, PA. This is a sole source item to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc (97499). Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. This item is restricted to the actual manufacturer because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional sources are not owned by the Goverment and cannot be purchased, developed, or otherwise obtained. Required delivery is 50 each 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 50 each per month thereafter until contract completion. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources.
