Description

This acquisition is to procure 52 each TANK, RADIATOR, OVERFLOW, NSN: 2930-01-444-7651 IAW Drawing No. 88-20507. Delivery F.O.B. Destination, 120 days or earlier to San Joaquin Depot, Stockton CA, 95296-0130 (39 units), and New Cumberland, PA, 17070-5001 (13 units). PACKAGING and PACKING shall be IAW contractor's best commercial packaging ASTM-D-3951. BAR CODE MARKINGS are required IAW ANSI/AIM-BC1, USSC 39, and MIL-STD 129. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. Quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The assigned RFQ number is DAAB07-01-Q-D610. Offerors may request a CD-ROM drawings package by e-mailing BOTH the contract specialist and the contracting officer. Solicitation requirements and incorporated provisions are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circulars. Offerors are requested to provide quotes for Contract Line Item 0001AA (2930-01-444-7651, TANK, RADIATOR, OVERFLOW) and Contract Line Item 0002AA as 100% Option Provision, able to be exercised up to 365 days after award. Successful offerors will be asked to complete Representations and Certifications that would ordinarily be included in the solicitation. Offerors are advised that the applicable clauses will be incorporated into the contract, at contract award. Written quotes are due no later than 6 March 2001.
