Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command intends to procure items on a sole-source, Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis under Contract N00039-97-C-0061 which was awarded in August 1996 to Lockheed Sanders Corp., Naval Electronics & Surveillance Systems (LMNE&SS), 9500 Godwin Drive, Manassas, VA 20110-4147. This action is to allow for a sole source contract modification to procure ADB-1 hardware suites to complete previously contracted upgrades to CLIN 0601 and CLIN 0904. The proposed contract modification shall be from the date of contract modification award to 30 June 2001 for CLIN 0601 and 31 October 2001 for CLIN 0904. Contract N00039-97-C-0061 requires LMNE&SS to procure, integrate, test and install shore processing systems at special project sites. The Shore Signal Information and Processing Segment/Surveillance Direction System (SSIPS/SCS) is the current shore processing system being used at IUSS sites and the SSIPS/SCS software was developed solely by LMNE&SS. This action will be incorporated into contract N00039-97-C-0061 as an FY01 modification. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541330.
