Description
The Internal Revenue Service intends to award a purchase order, on a sole source basis, to Telemate.Net Software. The system will interface with the Lucent G3i PBX as configured and installed at Martinsburg Computing Center to provide the required information. It will provide: Integrated call accounting and Cable Management reporting by employee, department, division, or the company; can reflect single or multiple data sources within one location or throughout a geographically dispersed enterprise; 155 + standard reports and graphs; unlimited filtering capabilities; Drill-down on summary reports to reveal complete details of user, department, company, protocol, site and other data slices; Flexible costing allocates telecom traffic costs to an employee, department, division or the company by the amount of data transferred industry-standard tariff schedules; Automated processing; Reports can be automatically distributed on a recurring schedule in multiple formats including Web Browser, print, E-mail, Excel, Word, Lotus cc:Mail, Lotus Notes, HTML and other MAPI-compliant E-mail systems -- supported by Crystal Professional Reporting Tool; Distribution can conform to an organization's management structure via E-Mail Breakout -- (so managers only get the data for the employees in their department), thus preserving the data's security; Single/multiple extensions, user IDs, IP addresses, and DISA numbers are automatically recognized when they are encountered in the firewall, proxy server, or CDR log and can be centrally assigned using drag-and-drop ease; Complete history of extension assignments is maintained, easing reconciliation when organizational changes occur; Expanded support for tracking internal and trunk-to-trunk tandem calls; New reports include traffic statistics such as queue time and answer status to help measure service levels (CDR support from PBX required); Support for custom call storage devices; Microsoft SQL Server database / Crystal Professional Reporting. No award will be made on the basis of any proposals or other information received in response to this notice since this is a notification of intent to acquire and not a request for proposals.
