Description

Single award term contract for period April 1, 2001, through March 31, 2002, for the Department of the Interior. Assumed production area to be within the Los Angeles, CA commercial zone. Production of various items, newsleters, brochures, letterheads, looseleaf products, and envelopes. Brochures, approximately 4 orders per year, approximately 200 to 4,000 copies per order, printing face and back, 8-1/2 x 11" up to 8-1/2 x 14". Letterhead, approximately 2 orders per year, approximately 500 to 2,000 copies per order, printing face only, 8-1/2 x 11". Envelopes, approximately 5 orders per year, approximately 500 to 3,000 copies per order, printing face only, 4-1//8 x 9-1/2", 7-1/2 x 10-1/2", 9-1/2 x 12-1/2" and 10 x 13". Newsletters, approximately 1 order per year, approximately 2,000 copies per order, eight pages, 8-1/2 x 11". Looseleaf Products, approximately 1 order per year. approximately 6 to 600 copies per order, with an average of 270 per order, approximately 10 to 120 pages per order, with an average of 42 pages, 8-1/2 x 11" up to 8-1/2 x 14". Operations include printing, binding, packing, mailing, and delivery. 2 hour to four workday production schedule. Product Quality Level IV attributes.
