Description

This is a proposed sole source to Wichitech Industries Inc. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation, quotes are being requested and a written request for quotation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-22. 2 each HB-2 Hot Bond Composite Repair System, 1000 Degree Temperature to include 6 each 6' Thermocouple Cable Assemblies, 2 each 6' Blanket Power Cable Assemblies, 2 each 8" X 8" Heater Blanket Assemblies, 2 each 10" X 10" Heater Blanket Assemblies, 2 each 6' Main Power Cable Assemblies 110/220V, 2 each 1' Power-In Cable Adapter Assemblies, 2 each 10' Coiled Vacuum Hose Assemblies, 2 each Vacuum Sucker Assemblies and 1 each Operator's Manual. FAR Provisions 52.212-1, 52.212-2 apply to this acquisition. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses: 52.212.4, 52.212.5, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.232.33, 252.247-7024 abd 252.225-7001.
