Description

NOTE: This announcement was previously entered in January 2001. Design, manufacture, deliver and install new governor controls and accessories and digital retrofit 8 units at the Bonneville First Powerhouse, and remove and dispose of the existing governor mechanical controls. Delivery: FOB Destination, Bonneville First Powerhouse, Bonneville Dam, Cascade Locks, Oregon. Submission of technical proposals required. Request for Proposal will be available on CD-ROM at no cost and will be available on or about March 16, 2001. Tentative closing date is April 17, 2001. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns. The small business size standard is a concern, including all affiliates, with not more than 750 employees.
