Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 012SQ307580 is issued as a request for Quote (RF) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect at the time this is sent out. This solicitation is issued under the simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for small business set-aside of (100%). The NAICS code is 113210 and the business size standard is $5 Million dollars. The bureau of Reclamation has a firm fixed price/best value with pas history, performance and price being the evaluation factors for the fallowing Items: trees Salix exigua, 4,740 ea.,Salix goodingii, 7,744 ea., Populus Fremontii, 11,220 ea., Prosobis glandulosa 4,185 ea., prosobis pubescens, 6,685, ea., Fraxinus velutina 500 ea.,. for restoration work along the colorado River and in Southern Nevada the plants will be in 1 gallon containers. Additional requirements: All Fraxinus velutina, 500 Prosobis glandulosa and 3000 Prosobis pubescens are to be for stock caollectd form Ash Meadows National wildlife Refuge in southern Nevada. All Salix and Populus plants must be of stock originally collected along the Lower Colorado River or the Gila River. Delivery: Will be at various points for Ash Meadows National Wildlife Refuge in southern Nevada to Yuma ,AZ, all along the lower Colorado River. Reclamation will coordinate with the contractor on specific locations prior to delivery.
