- Description
- Fire detection services at Pickett Butte Lookout on the Tiller Ranger District, approximately 40 miles east of Canyonville, Oregon, during an estimated fire season period of June through November 2001; Services must be furnished continuously through this period for seven days a week. This is a Request for Quotes requiring completion of a Questionnaire; detailed technical proposals are not required; award evaluation criteria include technical capability specific to fire lookout services and past performance history in addition to price; award may be made without discussions. The propsoed contract includes provision for additional option periods covering fire seasons in 2002 and 2003. See Numbered Note 1.
