Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under the Simplied Acquisition procedures for a contractor to develop guidelines and a methodology for HUD to use in responding to inquiries from hospitals, bankers, and other who are interested in obtaining FHA insurance for a hospital project. The guidelines and methodology will help HUD to determine if a proposed or existing facility is essential to meet the health care needs of its community. This will be a RESTRICTED ACQUISITION. A formal RFQ will be issued on or about March 5, 2001.
