Description

Submission No. 5053J5 was submitted on October 27, 2000 for the procurment of peculiar support equipment (PSE) in support of the Advanced Targeting Forward Looking Infrared (ATFLIR) as follows: ten (10) units of the ATFLIR Organizational Level Pod Test Set P/N 74D740503-1001 and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) including Provisioning and Technical Manual Contracts Requirements (TMCR) Development. This notice modifies the number of units from ten (10) Organizational Level Pod Test Sets, P/N 74D740503-1001 to (13) Organizational Level Pod Test Sets, P/N 74D740503-1001. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. Responses should reference N68335-99-G-0028 Delivery Order 0020. Information must be received no later than 01 March 2001. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
