Description
The Export-Import Bank of the United States intends to make a sole source award to Oxford Analytica for a base period (April 1, 2001 through March 31 2002) and three option years to provide a daily online analytical service that provides executive summaries of major economic, political, and financial events with a global and regional frame of reference. The service is accessed by a private website utilizing an IP protocol. In addition, throughout its worldwide network of contributors from major universities, strategic institutions, and governments, the service provides extremely useful daily issue briefs on major topics affecting public policy across countries with a focus on emerging markets, and vital insight into the meaning of daily events and long-term trends affecting the Ex-Im Bank's markets and activities. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Responses must be received, in writing, within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication of this notice. No telephone, fax, or email responses will be accepted. This is a sole source requirement and if after evaluation the agency determines that there is no other comparable service, an award will be made without further notification. Interested parties must submit sufficient descriptive literature with their response to prove their capability to satisfy the requirements. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The point of contact is Ms. Teresa Broomer at 202 565-3346.
