Description

It is the intent of the National Transportation Safety Board to contract by Sole Source in accordance of authority FAR Part 6.302 for expert assistance to develop a safety studies plan related to aircraft certification practices of the Federal Aviation Administration, and to the conduct of this safety study. This study plan will address certain aspects of the certification of an aircraft as they relate to continuing airworthiness, maintenance and operations. Expressions of interest should be submitted in writing within fifteen working days from the date of this advertisement to the National Transportation Safety Board, Contracting Office, 490 L'Enfant Plaza East, S.W. Washington, DC 20594. See Note 22.
