Presolicitation Notice Janitorial Services Market Place Building Mt. Vernon, WA Solicitation Number: GS-10P-01-LSC-0033 Description: Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, equipment, and supplies to provide janitorial services at the Market Place Building, Mount Vernon, WA. The term of the contract is a base year with four one-year options, beginning May 18, 2001. This solicitation will be issued IAW FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Award will be made to the offeror who (a) assents to the terms of the RFP, and (b) has the best combination of experience, past performance, and price. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this procurement is 561720 with the small business size standard of $12 million. Solicitation will be available o/a March 2, 2001. A site visit will be scheduled, with date/time provided in the solicitation package. Offers will be due o/a April 2, 2001. This solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the internet only. No hard copies will be available. Interested parties may access the solicitation at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Contractors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the internet site for possible amendments or additional information.
